There is no access to our premises unless we are open.

All of our lockers are a minimum of 10 feet high.

Every customer must give a $100.00 security deposit upon moving in.  There is one deposit per customer, not per locker.  This deposit is returned via cheque after you move out & make sure the locker is free of all your belongings

Yes, they are free to use by any of our customers, just make sure to return the dollies to the loading dock when you’re done.

If we don’t have a big enough locker to suit your needs, we will rent you multiple lockers and give you a discount on the smaller one.  Discuss with the front desk clerk for exact details.

We don’t provide padlocks, we sell them for $10+ tax.  You are free to bring your own, but make sure it is near standard size or there is a risk that it won’t fit on the door.

Paying 6 months or more advance rental payment gives you a half-month discount.  A full year in advance means you get a month free (pay only 11 months for the year)

We accept cash, cheque, credit card and INTERAC payments.  Automatic Credit Card Debits are accepted as well.  Call us or ask at the front desk for details about these options

We don’t charge late fees to our customers, we just expect timely & responsible rental payment from our clientele.

There is no camera, but the premises are monitored by an alarm central station 24/7 using several methods.

No, all of are units are inside a building so you can’t drive in! Feel free to use our loading dock to get anything you need to store inside!

It depends on current availabilities, please ask the front desk clerk. There are only a handful of units in our building where this is possible – i.e. the units with double-doors.
